Kondor Blue KB-15ROD8 8" PPSH 15mm Rod Thread Space Grey

Kondor Blue KB-15ROD8 8" PPSH 15mm Rod Thread Space Grey | A threaded rod for a measured rig build

Set up a camera rig with an 8-inch rod section in the layout you’ve planned. The Kondor Blue KB-15ROD8 is a PPSH 15mm rod with a thread, finished in Space Grey. It suits rig builders who know they need this particular rod format and want to choose a part by its stated length and size. The useful detail here is the combination of a specific 8-inch length and a 15mm rod designation; those give you concrete measurements to compare with the space available in your build. The product name also identifies a thread, so that detail can be part of your selection. It’s a focused component rather than a complete rig solution: the value is in matching the named dimensions and finish to the layout you’re putting together.

Planning the space for it

Before choosing a rod for a build, map out where it needs to sit and how much room the planned arrangement allows. An 8-inch part is a definite length, so measure the intended position rather than estimating by eye. Compare the 15mm designation with the rod size called for in your setup, and account for the thread detail when deciding whether this is the part your layout needs. Space Grey gives you a clear finish name to use when coordinating parts by appearance. Those checks keep the decision grounded in the details given here, instead of relying on assumptions about a camera body or other rig components. If those measurements and the PPSH designation match your plan, the KB-15ROD8 gives you a clearly identified part to consider.
