Kondor Blue KB-ARRI-BC-BK ARRI PL Cine Cap Metal Housing Cap

Kondor Blue KB-ARRI-BC-BK ARRI PL Cine Cap Metal Housing Cap | Cover an unused ARRI PL opening

Without a dedicated cap, there’s no proper cover for an unused ARRI PL cine opening. The Kondor Blue KB-ARRI-BC-BK is a metal housing cap for that job, aimed at camera owners and crews working with ARRI PL cine equipment. Its straightforward purpose is to cover the opening when it isn’t in use, rather than leave it uncovered between setups or during storage. That makes it most relevant when a camera is being packed away, moved between locations or kept ready between shoots. The title identifies both the ARRI PL cine use and the metal housing-cap design, so this is a focused accessory rather than a general-purpose camera cover. If you need a cap specifically for an ARRI PL cine setup, this is the product to consider.

A simple place in the kit

A cap is a small item, but it’s easy to overlook when a setup is being changed quickly. Keeping this one with the camera kit gives the crew a dedicated cover to put back in place when the ARRI PL cine opening is free. It also gives you a clear distinction between a cap and other loose accessories: this product’s name identifies it as a housing cap, not a cable. In use, remove the cap before fitting the equipment for the next setup, then return it to the kit so it’s available again. There’s no need to build a routine around extra functions; its value is in having the intended cover close at hand.
