Kondor Blue KB-FFS50-3 Fletch Fiber System For HDMI 3 Kit: 50 Feet Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB-FFS50-3 Fletch Fiber System For HDMI 3 Kit: 50 Feet Space Grey | A long HDMI run in a discreet finish
Kondor Blue KB-FFS50-3 Fletch Fiber System For HDMI 3 Kit is a 50-foot fiber system for HDMI 3, finished in Space Grey. It’s aimed at video crews and creators planning a setup where the HDMI connection needs to span a longer distance than a short run allows. That extra reach can be useful when a camera position and a viewing or recording position need to be placed apart, such as across a studio or event space. The product name identifies it as a system for HDMI 3; it doesn’t tell us the transmission rate or the connectors, so I’d avoid assuming those details from the name alone. The straightforward appeal here is the combination of a stated 50-foot length and a purpose tied to HDMI 3. If those match the requirements of your setup, this gives you a clear starting point for planning the cable route.
Planning a longer run
A 50-foot length gives you more room to position equipment around a space, rather than keeping both ends close together. Before setting up, map the route from one end to the other and consider where the cable needs to pass through the room. That helps you judge whether this length suits your layout and keeps the connection path deliberate. The Space Grey finish gives the product a defined appearance, while the Fletch Fiber System name identifies the system you’re choosing. For a clean purchasing decision, use the full model name when matching it to an HDMI 3 setup; don’t rely on the length alone to identify the right system.
Specialist Note
Across a busy studio, with the camera position at one end and the viewing position elsewhere, this is where a 50-foot system earns its place. That length gives you room to plan the layout around the people and equipment in the space, instead of forcing everything close together. The name specifies a Fletch Fiber System for HDMI 3, so I’d use that exact designation when choosing it for a setup. Space Grey is a restrained finish if you’d rather the cable system didn’t draw the eye. It suits crews who need a longer HDMI run; just make sure the planned route fits the stated 50 feet.
