Nedis Antenna Cable SMA M SMA F Gold Flated 50 Ohm Double Shielded 10.0 M Round

Nedis Antenna Cable SMA M SMA F Gold Flated 50 Ohm Double Shielded 10.0 M Round | Reach an antenna connection up to 10 metres

An antenna lead that falls short can make a tidy setup awkward. This 10.0-metre Nedis cable gives you more room to route a connection between an antenna and equipment with matching SMA connections. One end is SMA male and the other is SMA female, so the connector genders matter when you’re choosing a cable for a particular setup. It’s a round, black cable with a 50-ohm rating, double shielding and gold-plated connectors. Those details make it a specific option for antenna connections that call for this connector pair and impedance, rather than a general-purpose cable. The useful part is its reach: you can plan a longer route without placing the connected equipment right beside the antenna. Just keep the path in mind before you lay it, especially where the cable needs to pass around furniture or along a wall.

Planning the cable run

For a neat installation, trace the route from the antenna to the connection point before you start. Consider where the cable will turn and where it can be secured, so it doesn’t end up stretched across a walkway or pulled tight around a corner. The round cable shape is also handy to bear in mind when deciding how to guide it along the route. Match the male and female SMA ends to the connections you need; getting that detail right is more useful than relying on the cable’s length alone. This is a straightforward cable for a defined antenna connection, with its length giving you room to place the connected equipment where it needs to be.
