Nedis DP-Cable DP Male DP Male 8K@60Hz Gold Plated 3.00 M Round PVC Black Label

Nedis DP-Cable DP Male DP Male 8K@60Hz Gold Plated 3.00 M Round PVC Black Label | A direct DisplayPort link for 8K at 60Hz

Without a suitable cable, a DisplayPort source and screen can’t form a direct wired link. This Nedis DP cable is for a desk or home setup where both ends use DisplayPort and you want a single cable between them. Its male DisplayPort plugs at both ends suit that connection, and the stated video rating is 8K at 60Hz. At 3.00 metres, it gives you some room to position connected equipment apart, while remaining a defined length to plan around. The cable is round, black and PVC-finished, with gold-plated connectors. That’s a straightforward format for a visible desktop run or a route behind furniture. One practical point: the cable connects DisplayPort sockets; it doesn’t add a DisplayPort output to equipment that lacks one. If your setup has the matching ports, this gives you a simple wired link between them.

Plan the route

Before connecting everything, consider where the source and screen will sit and how the cable will run between them. A route around the edge of a desk or behind furniture can take more length than a straight line, so allow for the actual path rather than measuring only the gap between the devices. Also think about where the cable will meet each piece of equipment; a neat route is easier to achieve when the two ends can reach without being pulled tight. The cable’s round shape and black finish keep its appearance simple, but the main decision is whether its length suits your layout. This is a direct DisplayPort cable, not an adapter, so it’s intended for a connection with the right sockets at both ends.
