Nedis NetworkLinkCAT7 Afgeschermd RJ45 Female RJ45 Female Straight Metal Box

Nedis NetworkLinkCAT7 Shielded RJ45 Female to RJ45 Female Straight Metal Box | Joins two RJ45 cable ends

Two RJ45 cable ends can meet through one compact female-to-female connection, giving you a straightforward way to join them in a network cable run. The Nedis NetworkLinkCAT7 is an adapter with an RJ45 female socket at each end. It suits a setup where both cables have RJ45 plugs and you need a joining point between them, rather than another cable with a fixed length. Its CAT7 designation, shielding and metal box are part of the product’s description; the connector layout is straight. This is a specific little connector for a specific job: joining two compatible plug-ended cables. It’s worth keeping that role in mind when choosing one, since both ends are sockets. If your setup calls for sockets at either end of a join, this is the format to look at.

Understanding the connector

Female-to-female describes the two connection points: the plugs on your cables go into the adapter’s sockets. That makes the product a join between cable ends, not a cable in its own right. The straight format is another part of its stated design, while CAT7 identifies the network-cable category named in the product title. Shielding and the metal box are also specified. Together, those details help distinguish this adapter by its connection type and construction, without suggesting a particular data rate or a result for every network setup. When planning a cable route, think of it as an intermediate joining point between two RJ45 plugs. Its purpose is simple and clearly defined.
