Nedis Stereo-Audio Cable 3.5mm Male 2X RCA Male Nickel Plated 3.00m Round

Nedis 3.5mm to 2x RCA Cable | A straightforward stereo audio connection

The defining choice is the 3.00 m length: it gives you room to position audio equipment apart, rather than having to keep it side by side. At one end, Nedis has fitted a 3.5 mm male plug; at the other are two male RCA plugs. That layout suits a source with a 3.5 mm stereo audio output and equipment with a pair of RCA audio inputs. It’s a simple way to make that connection in a home audio setup or between other equipment with matching sockets. The cable is round, and the connectors are nickel plated. Three metres can be handy across a cabinet or between nearby components. On a shorter run, though, you may have some spare length to tuck away. Its appeal is practical: a familiar connector arrangement with room to place your equipment where it works for you.

Choosing the right connection

Before setting it up, look at the audio sockets on both pieces of equipment. This cable is for a setup where one side takes a 3.5 mm stereo plug and the other takes a pair of RCA plugs. Matching those ends is the key point; the cable itself doesn’t make a different socket type fit. If the connections match, you can run the lead between the devices without needing separate cables for the two RCA connections.

Planning the cable run

Think about the route before plugging everything in. A path along the back edge of a cabinet can help keep the lead out of the way, while a little slack near each device makes it easier to move equipment for access. Avoid pulling the cable tight around corners or leaving it where people might catch a foot on it. That’s ordinary setup care, but it helps keep the connection tidy and the equipment easy to reach.
