Nedis Power Cable, 5 m, Flat | Reach a socket with room to route

Nedis Power Cable, with its 5.00 m length and flat profile, is made for people who need a little more room to run a power lead. It has an EU male plug at one end and an IEC-320-C7 connector at the other, with the mains plug angled at 90°. That combination suits a setup where the cable needs to travel some distance and a straight plug would be awkward to position. The flat shape is handy when you’re planning how the lead will sit along a route; the right-angle plug can help keep the connection close to the surface it’s plugged into. It’s a straightforward cable, rather than an accessory with extra functions. Its main appeal is the particular mix of length, plug format and shape. If those match the connection and route you need, the essentials are right there in the product name.

Think about the route

Before choosing a cable, it helps to picture the path from the socket to the equipment. A longer lead gives more room to plan that route, but the right length still depends on where the two ends need to meet. The flat design is relevant when you’re considering how the cable will lie, while the angled mains plug offers a different orientation from a straight plug. These are practical details to weigh up, not promises about how every setup will look. Check that an IEC-320-C7 connection is what your equipment requires, and that the EU plug is suitable for the socket you intend to use. That’s the useful way to judge this cable: match its connectors and physical form to your own layout.
