NEEWER TL96 | Portable RGB light for creative accents

At a desk-side livestream or a small portrait setup, a compact light can add colour without taking over the space. The NEEWER TL96 is a 6W RGB LED light with 96 LEDs, including separate RGB, warm and cool white beads. Its CRI of 97+ supports natural-looking colour, useful for close-up portraits, product details and tabletop scenes. At 10.8 cm long and 134 g, it’s easy to pack alongside a camera or keep near a filming setup. Three magnetic sides offer a quick way to attach it to a suitable metal surface, so it can add a wash of colour or fill light without taking up a stand position. The TL96 also works as a small accent light for vlogs and livestreams, where its colour options can add atmosphere to a background while keeping the main subject in view.

Light Features

• Three lighting modes: CCT adjusts white light from 2500K to 8500K, while HSI provides colour selection across 0–360°. The FX mode adds 20 preset effects, including lightning, parties and fireworks.
• Mixed LED array: The 96 LEDs comprise 24 RGB beads, 36 warm-colour beads and 36 cool-colour beads. This combination supports both coloured accents and adjustable white light.
• On-light display: The OLED screen shows the current lighting settings, so you can check your adjustments on the unit itself.
• Magnetic attachment: Three sides have magnets for attachment to metal surfaces. That’s handy when a stand would be awkward or would occupy valuable desk space.
• Threaded ends: A 6.3 mm threaded hole at each end allows mounting on a compatible stand or other fitting, with options for positioning the light at different angles.

Good to know

The built-in 2500 mAh rechargeable battery runs for up to about two hours at full brightness. Charging is via USB-C; a full charge takes around 1.7 hours from a 5V/2A supply. A USB cable is included, but a wall charger isn’t. You can also charge from a portable power bank or another 5V/2A USB connection.
