Permajet Fibre Based Matt 285G Roll 60INCHES 15m

Permajet Fibre Based Matt 285G Roll 60INCHES 15m | Wide matt paper for considered print work

When a print job calls for a broad sheet rather than individual cut pages, a roll can make planning the layout more straightforward. This Permajet photo paper is fibre based and matt, supplied as a 60-inch-wide, 15-metre roll. Its stated weight is 285g. That gives you the key details to plan around: a matt surface, a wide format and a substantial run of paper in one roll. It suits photographers and printmakers working on large-format output who want matt paper and need to plan their prints to the dimensions of a roll. The title doesn’t make claims about colour response or finish performance, so I’d choose it for the format and surface described here rather than assume a particular look. If you’re comparing photo papers, those are useful points to weigh against the needs of the images you intend to print.

For a project, it’s worth mapping the intended print sizes before you start. Think about how the images will be arranged across the available paper, and which dimensions matter most; that makes it easier to judge whether a roll format suits the job. A little planning can also help you estimate how much paper the project may call for, instead of choosing a format on appearance alone. Keep the distinction between the stated paper weight and the roll’s physical dimensions in mind when comparing options: they describe different aspects of the product. This is a practical format to consider when your print plans call for matt photo paper in a wide roll, and you can make the decision on those concrete details rather than on claims that aren’t part of the product information.
