PocketWizard Minijack->PC Contact Spiraa

PocketWizard Minijack->PC Contact Spiraa | Connects minijack and PC contact sockets

When your setup has a minijack connection at one end and a PC contact at the other, this is the cable that joins them. The PocketWizard Minijack->PC Contact Spiraa is listed as a cable accessory, with those two connection types named right in its title. That makes its role clear: it provides a link between the two, rather than adding a new function of its own. I’d start by identifying the connection on each piece of equipment and matching those to the cable’s named ends. It’s a simple detail, but connector names are easy to overlook when you’re setting up several items. The product name is also specific enough to be useful when sorting cables or looking for this exact connection. There’s no need to read more into it than that: the key reason to choose it is that your setup calls for this particular minijack-to-PC-contact link.

In practice, I’d treat this as a connection-specific accessory, not a general-purpose cable. Before adding it to a setup, look at the connection you need to bridge and compare it with the two types in the name. That’s a more reliable way to decide than relying on a brand name alone. The title tells you the connection pairing; it doesn’t identify particular equipment models, so I wouldn’t assume a match based only on the equipment brand.

There isn’t much mystery to this one, which is helpful: its purpose is defined by its two connection types. If those are the connections your setup needs to link, this is the relevant PocketWizard cable to consider. If you need a different connector arrangement, this title points to a different cable requirement.
