Innovative Features

The RS 3 Mini boasts a multitude of features for enhanced video capture. Easily switch between landscape and portrait mode without the need for additional accessories. The device is equipped with a Quick-Release Plate on the gimbal's vertical arm, enabling swift transitions, perfect for social media content creation. The gimbal has a switch (the M-button) to change between Pan-Follow (PF), Pan-Tilt-Follow (PTF), and First-Person-View (FPV) modes. As with the DJI RS 3, the Mini 3 can utilize the Ronin-app, granting users further creative freedom to produce stunning timelapses, tracks, and panoramas.

User-friendly Operation

The camera and gimbal are designed for effortless operation. The gimbal comes with the same Bluetooth shutter remote control as the DJI RS 3 Pro. Once connected, you can manage video and photo recording functions through the recording button on the gimbal. The gimbal features a 1.4" full-color touchscreen, allowing most gimbal functions to be adjusted without using an app. Easy access to commonly used settings is guaranteed. Just like other gimbals in the RS series, there's an ergonomic turning knob for adjusting ISO, aperture, focus, and the three gimbal axes.

Custom Setup

Mounting the camera on the gimbal is a breeze with the dual-layer quick-release plate, designed with a curved placement guide to prevent rotation or detachment. The plate is ARCA compatible so switching between different tripods is easy. The DJI RS 3 Mini also features a NATO connection for integrating various accessories and crafting your own setup. Combining the DJI RS 3 Mini with the DJI Mic ensures clear recording sound in all your videos. The design of the DJI Mic means it's ready to use instantly. You can broadcast up to 250 meters for up to 15 hours. The transmitters are lightweight and concealable under clothing.
