Designed specifically for the Canon EOS R50 V, this silver SmallRig cage adds dependable protection, improved handling, and plenty of room for accessories. Its wraparound design helps shield the camera while creating multiple mounting points for a more flexible setup.
The cage attaches securely with two 1/4"-20 screws at the bottom and side, helping keep the camera firmly in place. Internal silicone pads add an extra layer of protection against scratches, while the built-in silicone grip boosts comfort and stability during shooting.
Quick Switching and Versatile Mounting
An integrated Arca-Swiss base makes it easy to move between handheld shooting, compatible tripods, and DJI RS gimbal setups without wasting time. For vertical shooting, the side of the handle includes a 1/4"-20 threaded hole for attaching an optional side handle.
Multiple expansion options are built into the cage, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, cold shoe mounts, strap slots, and QD sockets. This gives you the freedom to add accessories such as microphones, lights, straps, and handles.
Easy Access to Camera Controls
Precision engineering ensures the cage does not block access to essential camera functions. You can still reach the buttons, battery compartment, card slots, and other ports with ease.
The included detachable cold shoe mount can be attached to any 1/4"-20 hole on the cage, giving you even more flexibility when building your rig.
