The kit includes a full cage, HDMI cable clamp, HawkLock top handle, and HawkLock NATO rail. With SmallRig’s patented HawkLock quick-release design, the top handle attaches in seconds at the push of a button, making setup faster and improving handheld stability for smoother movement while filming.

The cage uses a three-point locking structure for a firm, anti-flex fit. Protective padding helps guard against scratches, while precise cutouts keep access open to camera ports, controls, dials, buttons, and the battery compartment.

Designed for expansion, the cage offers multiple mounting options, including 1/4"-20 threads, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, and a HawkLock NATO rail for fast connection of compatible HawkLock accessories such as side handles, top handles, and monitor mounts.

An integrated cold shoe mount makes it easy to add accessories like the DJI Mic 2 or a light, while the built-in QD socket allows quick attachment of a shoulder strap. A magnetic hex key is stored in the base for convenient assembly and disassembly.

The bottom quick-release plate, when used with the HawkLock H38 Arca-Swiss plate, enables fast mounting with an automatic locking mechanism. The integrated Arca-Swiss compatibility supports smooth transitions between handheld, tripod, and gimbal setups, including support for Arca-type tripod heads and DJI RS-series gimbals.

A hinged battery door adds extra support for your pinky when shooting handheld, and the included HDMI cable clamp keeps your connection secure for reliable data transfer.
