SWIT S-7004U Sony BP-U Mount Snap-On Plate For S-1093/S-1071H+/S-11XX Monitors
SWIT S-7004U Sony BP-U Mount Snap-On Plate For S-1093/S-1071H+/S-11XX Monitors | Add BP-U mounting to compatible monitors
Give a compatible monitor a Sony BP-U battery mounting point for a more self-contained camera setup. The SWIT S-7004U Sony BP-U Mount Snap-On Plate is a tripod accessory made for the S-1093, S-1071H+ and S-11XX monitors. Its job is specific: it brings a BP-U mount to those monitor models, so you can build a monitoring setup around that battery format. That can be handy when arranging a camera rig for a shoot or setting up a monitor for viewing during production. The snap-on design keeps the plate’s role clear: it attaches to the named monitors, rather than being a general-purpose mounting solution. If you use one of the compatible SWIT monitors and need a BP-U mount, this is the purpose-built accessory to consider. It’s a focused part of the setup, not a monitor in its own right.
Specialist Note
The snap-on fitting is the detail that makes this plate straightforward to place in a monitor setup: it attaches to the compatible monitor, while the BP-U mount gives you the battery format the plate is designed around. I’d look at it for a camera operator who wants to arrange an S-1093, S-1071H+ or S-11XX monitor with a BP-U mounting point, whether that’s for a rig assembled before a shoot or a monitor station during production. Its compatibility is deliberately specific, so it suits those named monitors rather than serving as a general plate. Match it to the monitor model you’re using.
