Tilta TA-XTH3-TG Xeno Top Handle Nato - Titanium Grey
Tilta TA-XTH3-TG Xeno Top Handle Nato - Titanium Grey | A dedicated handhold for camera setups
Tilta TA-XTH3-TG Xeno Top Handle Nato is a titanium grey top handle with a NATO designation, built for camera operators who want a dedicated grip on their setup. It’s listed as a tripod accessory, so it belongs in a kit where handling and repositioning the setup are part of the working routine. The top-mounted design gives you a place to hold the setup from above, rather than reaching for the camera body. That’s useful when moving between positions or making small adjustments while keeping a controlled grip. Its appeal is specific: a separate top handle, with a NATO connection indicated in the product name, in a restrained grey finish. If you’re choosing accessories for a particular rig, the key is to match the NATO connection to the interface you use. This is a straightforward option for someone who values a clear, dedicated handhold over adding another camera control.
Specialist Note
Repositioning feels more deliberate when there’s a handle where your hand naturally reaches: above the setup, rather than around the camera body. The Xeno is a top handle, so I’d point it out to operators who regularly shift a setup between tripod positions or need a firm place to guide it during framing adjustments. Its NATO designation matters when you’re selecting the matching connection for your rig; it isn’t a detail to treat as a universal fit. The titanium grey finish keeps the look understated. One practical tip: keep the full model code, TA-XTH3-TG, in your kit notes so you can identify this exact version when planning accessories.
