Westcott L120-B Bi-Colour COB LED (120W) (Type C - EU)

Westcott L120-B Bi-Colour COB LED (120W) (Type C - EU) | Bi-colour light for flexible studio setups

For studio portraits, product scenes or a small set, continuous LED light lets you see the lighting effect as you arrange the shot. The Westcott L120-B Bi-Colour COB LED is a 120W studio lamp for photographers and makers who want a bi-colour source in their lighting setup. Its COB LED designation points to a compact, concentrated light source, while bi-colour describes its ability to shift the white-light tone. That gives you room to match the feel of a scene or work alongside other light sources, without relying on flash to judge the result. The 120W rating gives you a concrete figure when comparing it with the lighting you already use. This version is marked Type C - EU. A sensible fit for a home studio or set where continuous light is part of the workflow; the final look will still depend on how you position and shape the light.

Choosing it for your setup

The useful question is whether a bi-colour lamp suits the way you build a scene. If you often move between different white-light moods, that feature is directly relevant; if your setup calls for one consistent tone, it may matter less. The L120-B keeps the key points in its name: Westcott, a COB LED design, bi-colour operation and a 120W rating. That makes it easier to place in your shortlist without relying on vague claims about brightness or colour performance. Consider how it will sit with your existing lights and the space you have available for a lamp. A 120W figure is a clear starting point, but placement and the scene itself shape the result. The Type C - EU version marking is also worth matching to the power connection used where you work.
