7Artisans 25mm f/0.95 Fujifilm X-Mount | APS-C | Black | Fast street and travel shooting

On a city walk, a compact street scene can shift from bright sunshine to a dim café doorway in a few steps. The 7Artisans 25mm f/0.95 is a manual-focus prime for Fujifilm X-mount APS-C cameras, with a very bright maximum aperture for working in lower light. Its 25mm focal length gives a field of view similar to a 37.5mm lens on full frame, making it a natural fit for street scenes and travel details without feeling especially wide. The estimated 59° angle of view gives you room to include some surroundings while keeping attention on your subject. You’ll set focus yourself, which suits a slower, considered approach: take a moment to place focus, then frame the scene. It’s best suited to street and travel photography where available light and a deliberate pace matter.

Specialist Note

For available-light street scenes, the f/0.95 maximum aperture gives you room to use a faster shutter than a slower lens would. For a passer-by, you could start around 1/125 s, open the lens to f/0.95, and adjust ISO to suit the light. On a Fujifilm X APS-C body, the 25mm view is about 37.5mm-equivalent, a handy perspective for travel streets and café interiors. Focus is manual, so I’d take a moment to set focus ahead at the distance where you expect your subject to be; that can make a quick frame easier to catch. The trade-off is that fast, unpredictable action takes more focus work.
