8Sinn Top Handles Extension Adapter V2
8Sinn Top Handles Extension Adapter V2 | An extension part for top handles
When a top-handle arrangement needs an extension, changing the whole setup can feel like more than the job calls for. The 8Sinn Top Handles Extension Adapter V2 is made for that specific role: an extension adapter for top handles, listed as a tripod accessory. It suits camera rig builders who want an adapter in their setup rather than another complete piece of support equipment. Its purpose is refreshingly focused: to serve as an extension part in a top-handle arrangement. That makes it worth considering when you’re planning a rig around a top handle and need an extension adapter as part of the system. The name identifies its intended use, while V2 identifies this as the second version. It’s a specialist accessory, not a general-purpose tripod component, so its appeal is strongest when that top-handle extension is exactly what your setup calls for.
Specialist Note
This is an adapter, not a complete top handle or tripod, so it won’t fill in for either one on its own. The reason to choose it is its specific job: the product name identifies it as an extension adapter for top handles, and its classification as a tripod accessory places it in the support-gear side of a camera rig. I’d point a rig builder towards it when they already have a top-handle arrangement and want an extension part within that setup. It makes the most sense as one component of a planned rig, rather than a standalone purchase for general tripod use. V2 marks this as the second version, so be sure the product you’re after is this adapter.
