Apple Magsafe Charger

Apple MagSafe Charger: Charge compatible iPhones and AirPods wirelessly

Wireless charging pads usually leave you to position the phone by eye. The Apple MagSafe Charger has a 2-metre integrated USB-C cable and magnetic alignment for compatible iPhone models, so the charging puck clicks into place. It’s an original Apple charger for a broad range of iPhones, and it also charges AirPods models with a wireless charging case. Use it to charge a compatible iPhone, an iPhone 8 or later, or a supported AirPods case. The cable is fixed to the puck, so there’s no separate USB-C lead to keep track of. This is a straightforward option for Apple users who want one charger for their phone or earbuds, rather than a cable connection at the device. For the fastest stated charging speed, the power adapter matters as much as the charger itself.

Highlights

• Magnetic alignment: Magnets position compatible iPhone models on the charging puck, helping keep the charging connection centred.
• Up to 25W wireless charging: Pair it with a 30W power adapter to reach the stated maximum output. The adapter’s capacity matters if you’re aiming for that top speed.
• Qi2 and Qi certified: The charger supports both standards, with certification up to 25W.
• Charges iPhones and AirPods: Use it with iPhone 8 or later, or AirPods models fitted with a wireless charging case.
• Attached USB-C cable: The cable is integrated into the charger, keeping the connection in one piece rather than requiring a separate cable.
