The set pairs one TX transmitter with one RX receiver, giving a crew a way to view the camera feed at a separate monitoring position. That’s useful on a set where a director needs to watch from away from the camera, or where the operator wants to keep the picture available at a monitor position without running a video cable between them. For mobile monitoring, the TX also sends directly to Android and iOS devices. Good to know

Power is available through USB-C, a DC power adapter or an L-series battery. Each unit has an integrated battery plate for the L-series option, so battery power is available at both the transmitter and receiver. The units are black. If you’re planning a mobile setup, account for the power source at both ends of the wireless link, not just beside the camera.
