B&W Case Type 1000 Foam Insert For Insta360 X4 / Insta360 X5 Black
B&W Case Type 1000 Foam Insert For Insta360 X4 / Insta360 X5 Black | Added protection for transport and storage
The B&W Case Type 1000 is a hard case with a foam insert for the Insta360 X4 and Insta360 X5. Its focus is practical protection: it’s suited to carrying or storing your camera when knocks, dust or rain are a concern. That makes it relevant for owners who take their camera along with other gear, or want a more protected place to keep it between uses. Rather than being a soft bag for quick access, this case is intended for times when shielding the camera matters more than reaching it in a moment. The black finish keeps the look understated. Use it for travel, storage at home or moving equipment between locations; the key benefit is having a hard case intended for the named Insta360 models, with an insert inside. If you need a lightweight bag for frequent access, this is a different kind of solution.
For carrying and keeping gear stored
A hard case makes sense when camera gear may be packed alongside other items or left in storage where dust could be an issue. The product is intended for transport and storage where gear needs protection from knocks, dust or rain. Think of it as a protective place for your Insta360 X4 or X5, rather than a bag designed around quick access while filming. For rain, treat the case as added protection, not as a claim that the contents are waterproof.
Specialist Note
The B&W Case Type 1000 is best at giving an Insta360 X4 or X5 a more protected place to travel and stay stored. I’d consider it for carrying your camera with other gear, or keeping it put away between outings. The hard-case construction is the point when knocks are a concern; the foam insert gives the camera a place inside the case rather than leaving it loose. I’d still be sensible around rain: protection from rain is useful, but I wouldn’t treat the camera itself as waterproof because it’s in a case. If quick, one-handed access is your priority, a soft bag may suit that routine better.
