B&W Outdoor.cases Type 6800 Black / Empty
B&W Outdoor.cases Type 6800 Black / Empty | A hard case for protected transport and storage
The defining choice is a hard-case format, intended for carrying and storing equipment where knocks, dust or rain are a concern. The B&W Outdoor.cases Type 6800 is an empty case, so it suits photographers and other equipment owners who want to choose what they carry or store in it. Use it to move gear between locations, or to keep it put away with a case around it rather than leaving it loose. Its focus is practical protection in the places and situations where equipment may be exposed to rough handling or the elements. The black finish keeps the look simple. Because the case is empty, you decide what belongs inside and can set it aside for the equipment you want to keep together. It’s a straightforward option when protection during transport and storage matters more than having a preselected kit.
Specialist Note
With the Type 6800, the hard-case format is there to ease the worry of carrying equipment where knocks, dust or rain could be an issue. I’d use this empty case for a set of gear you want to move together, then keep that same set together in storage afterwards. That suits someone making a dedicated place for equipment between jobs, or preparing a particular selection for transport. The key detail is that it’s empty: you choose what goes inside and how you arrange it, rather than receiving a pre-filled kit. Its role is protection for transport and storage, so you’ll need to supply the equipment you want to carry.
