Brofish Tripod Mount - Actioncam
Brofish Tripod Mount - Actioncam | Give your actioncam a tripod position
The defining detail is in the name: this is a tripod mount for an Actioncam. Brofish has made it as a tripod accessory, giving actioncam users a way to use a tripod as part of their setup rather than relying on a handheld viewpoint. It suits people who want a steady, fixed composition for a clip, such as filming an activity from one chosen position or recording a scene without holding the camera. Its purpose is specific: it connects the idea of an actioncam shot with tripod-based positioning. That makes it useful when you want to set the camera in place and keep the framing consistent while you get on with the activity. It’s a straightforward accessory to consider if tripod use is part of how you want to film. The product name identifies it for Actioncam use; the exact camera fit is not something to assume from the name alone.
Specialist Note
People who shoot actioncam clips from a fixed viewpoint are the ones I’d point towards this Brofish mount. Its job is clear from the name: it’s a tripod mount, so you can plan a shot around a tripod position instead of holding the camera throughout. The Actioncam designation also matters in practice; this is presented as an actioncam accessory, not as a general-purpose camera support. For a stationary view of an activity, set your framing from the tripod position before you start recording, then let the camera stay there. It’s a focused piece of kit, rather than a mount with a stated range of uses. I’d choose it when tripod placement is the point of the shot, and match it to the actioncam setup you use.
