Canon Wide Strap EW-100DGR | A wider way to carry your camera

Keep your camera with you without holding it continuously: the Canon Wide Strap EW-100DGR is a camera strap with a wide design. It’s for photographers who want their hands free while moving between places, or while pausing to look for a picture. With the camera carried on a strap, you can bring it along on a walk through town or keep it close during a day out, rather than putting it away between shots. The wide format is the key detail here: a broader strap spreads contact across more of your shoulder than a narrow cord, which can make carrying feel less concentrated in one spot. This is a straightforward accessory for carrying a camera, not a feature-packed piece of kit. Choose it for the simple job its name promises: keeping your camera with you as you move.

Specialist Note

Holding a camera for every step gets tiring, especially when you’re walking around and want your hands free. I’d look at the EW-100DGR for that simple carry problem: it’s a Canon camera strap, and its wide format gives the strap a broader area against your shoulder than a thin cord. That wider contact is useful on a town walk or while moving around an event; carry the camera on the strap between pictures, then bring it up when you want to shoot. The Canon name and EW-100DGR code make the exact strap clear when you’re choosing accessories. One honest point: a strap changes how you carry the camera, not its weight.
