Cartoni AS977 Riser - Adjustable
Cartoni AS977 Riser - Adjustable | Add adjustable height to your tripod setup
Cartoni AS977 Riser - Adjustable is an adjustable riser made as a tripod accessory, for camera operators who need to adapt the height of a tripod-mounted setup. Its role is straightforward: provide a riser whose height can be adjusted, rather than a fixed-height accessory. That can help when you’re positioning a camera for a particular framing or working around a subject or set layout. It’s relevant for studio, production and other tripod-based work where small changes in camera position can matter. The product is an accessory, not a tripod in itself, so think of it as one part of a support setup. The name gives the key point: adjustability. If you need a particular height range or a specific fit, make sure those details are established for your setup before choosing it.
Specialist Note
Adjusting the riser gives you a way to change camera height without treating the tripod position as fixed. I’d consider the AS977 when a tripod-based camera needs a different height for a particular frame, or when a set layout makes the camera position harder to achieve directly. The useful distinction is in the product name: it’s a riser, and it’s adjustable. That makes it a more flexible height-positioning accessory than a fixed riser, while keeping its role focused on a tripod setup. It suits operators who already have a tripod arrangement and want to refine camera placement. I’d keep the intended setup in mind; this is an accessory, not a substitute for the tripod itself.
