Cartoni C918 Fly Case
Cartoni C918 Fly Case | Added protection inside a larger bag
Loose gear in a larger bag can rub against other items or take knocks as you move around. The Cartoni C918 Fly Case is a protective case or pouch for keeping gear better protected from scratches and bumps inside that bag. It suits photographers and camera crews who already carry their equipment in a larger bag and want an extra layer around gear they’d rather not leave loose. Use it to keep the items you want to protect together, then place the case in your main bag. Its purpose is straightforward: help reduce everyday scuffs and bumps during storage and transport. This isn’t a replacement for your main bag; it’s a simple way to add protection within it. If you’re organising a larger load and want a dedicated protective pouch for gear, the C918 is made for that job.
Specialist Note
With a larger bag packed for the day, I’d give the C918 its own place among the gear rather than leave items loose. It’s a protective case or pouch, so I’d use it as an extra layer inside that bag, especially for gear that might otherwise rub against other contents. The benefit is practical: the C918 is intended to help protect against scratches and bumps, which is useful when packing and unpacking regularly. It suits someone who wants that added separation without treating it as their main carrying bag. One honest point: its role is protection inside a larger bag, so plan to carry that larger bag too.
