Cartoni C940 PP Tube - Waterproof W/Wheels
Cartoni C940 PP Tube - Waterproof W/Wheels | A rollable tube for tripod transport
The Cartoni C940 PP Tube is a dedicated transport tube for a tripod, with its tube format setting it apart from a simple carrying strap or open carrier. It suits camera operators and crews who need to move a tripod between locations and want it contained while travelling. Its strongest use is straightforward: giving a tripod its own place for the journey, rather than carrying it loose alongside other equipment. That can make packing and moving a tripod more orderly, especially when the tripod is only one part of a larger kit. The C940 PP is a practical accessory to consider for regular transport, where an enclosed form is more useful than quick access during a shoot. It’s focused on moving and storing a tripod; it isn’t a support for using the tripod once you’re set up.
Specialist Note
The Cartoni C940 PP Tube is made for moving a tripod in a waterproof, wheeled enclosure. I’d point it out to operators who travel between locations and want the tube to roll rather than carry it for the whole route. The waterproof construction is useful when your journey includes wet conditions; it gives the tripod a covered way to travel. The wheels make the carrying job easier on suitable ground, which matters when you’re also handling other camera gear. Think of it as transport protection, not something to use as a tripod support on location. If you regularly move a tripod as part of your kit, this is a focused, practical accessory.
