Caruba Andex 2
Caruba Andex 2 | Keep a camera and several lenses together on the move
The defining decision is the backpack format: it gives you a way to carry a camera and several lenses together for a day out, rather than planning around a single lens. The Andex 2 is intended for people who want that kind of camera kit with them on hikes, city trips and travel days. It’s a practical fit when you expect to change lenses as your plans or subjects change, and would rather bring a few options along. The finish is black, a restrained look that won’t draw much attention to the bag itself. Think of this as a camera-carrying backpack for outings where you’ll be on the move and want your camera and lens choices in one place. If you usually take just a camera and one lens, a backpack intended for several lenses may be more bag than your day calls for.
Specialist Note
The Andex 2 is set up around carrying a camera and several lenses in one backpack, so you can decide on your kit before leaving instead of treating each lens as a separate carry. That’s handy on a hike where the subject can change along the route, and on a city day when you may want different lenses for street scenes and details. I’d choose the lenses for the pictures you expect to make, then keep the load focused rather than bringing every option. Its black finish keeps the look low-key. One thing to bear in mind: if you’re taking only a camera and one lens, this multi-lens role may be more than you need.
