Caruba Reflector Holder Arm | Keep a reflector in position

At a portrait or product setup, a reflector is only helpful while it’s aimed where you need it. The Caruba Reflector Holder Arm is a tripod accessory for supporting a reflector, so the reflector can have a place in your setup rather than needing to be held by hand. It suits photographers who use reflected light to brighten a subject or soften contrast and want to include a reflector in a tripod-based working arrangement. Its purpose is straightforward: the arm holds a reflector. That makes it most relevant when you’re arranging light and want the reflector to stay part of the setup while you work on the subject. It isn’t a reflector or a light source; it’s the support accessory for the reflector. If you already use reflectors in portraits, small product scenes or other controlled setups, this is the specific job it’s made to serve.

Specialist Note

A reflector can be awkward to keep aimed while you’re also trying to work on your subject; this arm gives it a dedicated support point in the setup. The name tells you the two important things: it’s an arm, and its job is to hold a reflector. That makes sense for portrait work, where you can place a reflector to return light toward the subject, or for a small product scene where you want reflected light on one side. I’d think of it as a practical support piece, not a lighting tool in its own right. It won’t create or shape light without a reflector and light to work with, so it suits photographers who already use those in their setup.
