Deltaco Gaming PS5 Pro Controller-Hall Sticks/Triggers-RGB -2.4G + Bluetooth 5.1 | Trigger off-camera flash for portraits

Fire an off-camera flash to give a portrait more shape, or add controlled light to a small product scene. The Deltaco Gaming PS5 Pro Controller-Hall Sticks/Triggers-RGB -2.4G + Bluetooth 5.1 is classified by the supplier as a flash trigger / transmitter, with off-camera flash use in mind. That makes its stated purpose straightforward: trigger flash away from the camera for portraits and product shots. One point needs care before you buy: the product title describes a PS5 gaming controller, while the supplier identifies it as a flash transmitter. Those labels don't describe the same kind of product, so I’d rely on the supplier’s product classification for the intended use, not assume that the gaming-controller wording explains how it operates as a flash trigger. The title also names 2.4G, Bluetooth 5.1, Hall sticks and triggers, and RGB; those terms are included below as supplied, without treating them as flash-specific controls.

Specialist Note

The 2.4G and Bluetooth 5.1 wording is the clearest connection detail in the title, but I’d keep the supplier’s classification in view: this is listed as a flash trigger / transmitter. For a portrait, use it to fire an off-camera flash and adjust the light’s position until it gives the face the shape you want. For a product shot, the same stated use lets you work with flash away from the camera rather than relying on the camera’s built-in light. My honest reservation is the mismatch between the gaming-controller name and the flash-trigger category. I’d want that clarified before choosing it for a specific lighting setup.
