Falcon Eyes Diffuse Cloth For 30x120cm Fer-SB30120HC

Falcon Eyes Diffuse Cloth For 30x120cm Fer-SB30120HC | Softer light from your softbox

When the light from a softbox looks a little too direct on a face or product, a diffuse cloth is the simple adjustment to reach for. This white Falcon Eyes cloth is made for the 30x120cm Fer-SB30120HC, so it’s a specific replacement or add-on for that softbox size and model, rather than a general-purpose sheet. Its job is to diffuse the light passing through the softbox, helping give illumination a gentler look. That makes it relevant to portrait and product work where you want to reduce the hard feel of direct light without changing the overall lighting setup. The honest limitation is in the name: it’s for the stated 30x120cm softbox, so its usefulness depends on working with that format. If that’s the softbox you use, this is a straightforward way to add diffusion.

When diffusion helps

Diffusion is worth considering when a bright area or a defined shadow is distracting from the subject. In a portrait, that can mean a calmer-looking face; for a small product, it can help keep the light from feeling overly sharp. The result still depends on how you position the light and the subject, so the cloth isn’t a substitute for adjusting your setup. It’s a focused accessory for changing the character of the light from the specified softbox. If you already use the Fer-SB30120HC, the 30x120cm sizing is the useful detail to match when choosing this cloth.
