Falcon Eyes Honeycomb For FEOB-11HC 110cm

Falcon Eyes Honeycomb For FEOB-11HC 110cm | Keep light more contained

A more contained pool of light can make it easier to keep illumination on your subject and limit spill around it. This Falcon Eyes honeycomb is a grid accessory for the FEOB-11HC 110cm, suited to photographers who want more direction from their lighting setup rather than a broad spread. Its honeycomb structure restricts the light’s spread, making it useful when you’re shaping a lit area and want nearby parts of the scene to remain less affected. The effect depends on the light and how you position it, so think of this as a way to guide the output, not a guarantee of a particular look. It’s a focused accessory for a specific setup: the FEOB-11HC 110cm. If that’s the softbox you use, this grid gives you a straightforward way to work with a tighter pool of light.

For more deliberate light placement

A grid is worth considering when the direction of light matters as much as its softness. On a portrait, for example, you may want illumination to fall on the person without spreading as freely across the surrounding scene. In a small studio, limiting spill can also make it easier to keep separate areas of a setup distinct. The honeycomb format gives you a simple way to narrow the light from the FEOB-11HC 110cm; it doesn’t replace careful placement, and small changes to the light’s angle can still change where the illumination falls. That hands-on part is useful to remember: a grid helps shape light, but you’ll still need to position the softbox for the result you want. Choose this accessory when you’re working with that named softbox and want a more controlled spread, rather than simply adding another general-purpose lighting piece to your kit.
