Falcon Eyes Jumbo Umbrella Diffuse White/Silver/Black 216cm

Falcon Eyes Jumbo Umbrella Diffuse White/Silver/Black 216cm | Broad, softened flash light

For portraits and larger subjects, this umbrella helps spread flash light across a broad area for a softer-looking result. The Falcon Eyes Jumbo Umbrella Diffuse White/Silver/Black 216cm is a large flash umbrella, with a 216cm size and a white, silver and black finish. That scale makes it suited to photographers who need more coverage than a compact umbrella can provide, such as when lighting a group or working with a full-length portrait. It can also help give product scenes a less concentrated flash look. The diffuse design is the reason to consider it when you want light spread across your subject rather than a small, hard pool. Plan for the space a jumbo umbrella takes up, and think about where you can position it before setting up your scene.

Making the size work for you

With a large light source, placement matters: bring the umbrella closer to the subject when you want the light to feel broader and softer, and move it back when you need it to cover more of the scene. For a group portrait, aim the light across the people rather than directly at only one person. In a product setup, try positioning it to cover the whole subject evenly. These are practical starting points, not fixed rules; adjust the position to suit the space and the look you want.
