Godox AD32 K2 Electric Adjustable Diffusion Panel w/ Carry Bag
Godox AD32 K2 Electric Adjustable Diffusion Panel w/ Carry Bag | Adjust diffusion electrically
During a talking-head recording, a continuous light can feel too direct on the subject. The Godox AD32 K2 is an electric adjustable diffusion panel for changing how that light is softened in your setup. It suits video creators and photographers who use continuous lighting and want an adjustable panel rather than a fixed diffuser. The electric adjustment is the defining feature: you can change the panel’s setting electrically as you refine the light for a scene. The panel is for shaping light, not producing it, so it belongs alongside a continuous light in your setup. A carry bag comes with it, making it easier to keep the panel together when it’s stored or moved between locations. If you need diffusion with electric adjustment, this gives you a dedicated way to work with it.
Specialist Note
Having to reposition a diffuser by hand can interrupt the way you’re shaping a scene; the AD32 K2’s electric adjustment gives you an alternative. I’d consider it for a portrait setup or a recorded interview: use it with a continuous light, then adjust the panel electrically as you refine the light falling on your subject. Its adjustable design is useful when you want to work with diffusion rather than leave a fixed panel in place. The carry bag is a practical addition for keeping the panel together between setups. One thing to bear in mind: it modifies light, so you’ll still need a continuous light to illuminate the subject.
