Godox LP1200BI K3 Black Litemons Bi Colour LED Light Panel 3 Light Kit

Godox LP1200BI K3 Black Litemons Bi Colour LED Light Panel 3 Light Kit | Three panels for a shaped lighting setup

What sets this Godox kit apart is its three-panel format: it gives you more room to shape a scene than a single light can. It’s aimed at photographers and video makers who want to work with several sources, whether they’re lighting a portrait, a tabletop subject or an interview. The panels are bi-colour, so the kit suits situations where you want to balance your light with the surroundings or give a scene a particular feel. That flexibility is the main draw; the title doesn’t promise a specific power level or control system, so I wouldn’t choose it on assumptions about output or features. For a small studio or a home workspace, having three lights to place around a subject can make it easier to separate the subject from the background and soften shadows. It’s a considered way to build a multi-light setup, rather than relying on one source to do everything.

Planning your lighting

Before you set up, think about what you want each source to do. One can provide the main illumination, while another helps lift shadows or add separation; the remaining light gives you another option for the background or a second subject. Those are lighting approaches, not fixed roles—the effect depends on placement, distance and the scene you’re working with. You can also start with fewer lights and add sources as needed, which makes it easier to see how each one changes the result. If you’re new to multi-light work, try moving one light at a time and watch the shadows shift. That simple process is often more useful than changing several things at once. The black finish is a practical visual detail for a studio kit, while the Litemons name identifies the product line. It’s a straightforward kit to consider when your work calls for more than one light source.
