Hama Sat-Aansluitcable F-Conn-F-Conn Gold Plated 10m 100dB

Hama Sat-Aansluitcable F-Conn-F-Conn Gold Plated 10m 100dB | A long satellite connection in one cable

A satellite connection can reach across a room or along a longer route with this 10-metre Hama cable. It has an F connector at each end, so it’s made for linking equipment with matching F connections. The connectors are gold plated, and the cable is white. The title also gives a 100 dB rating. That’s the information to keep in mind when comparing it with another satellite cable; it doesn’t need a bigger promise attached to it. The 10-metre length is the practical point here: it gives you more room to route the cable than a short lead would. For a tidy setup, think through the path from one connection to the other before you begin, and allow for the way the cable needs to run around your space.

Plan the route before connecting

With a cable this long, measuring the route is more helpful than measuring only the straight-line distance between the two ends. Include any detours along a wall or around furniture, then consider where each F connector needs to reach. That makes it easier to judge whether the 10-metre length suits your layout and helps avoid finding out halfway through installation that the route is longer than expected. The white colour may sit quietly against a light-coloured wall or skirting board, though the cable will still be visible where it crosses a darker surface. Keep the path in mind as you position both ends, and avoid leaving more length in the way than you need. It’s a straightforward cable for a satellite connection where the distance calls for a longer run.
