Hedbox Firebag - L
Hedbox Firebag - L | Helps protect gear inside a larger bag
The Hedbox Firebag - L is a protective case and pouch for keeping gear guarded against scratches and bumps inside a larger bag. It suits photographers and other camera users who want an extra layer between an item of gear and the things packed around it. Use it when gear is sharing space in a bag and you want to reduce the chance of scuffs from contact during everyday handling. Its role is specific: this is an inner protective pouch, rather than a replacement for the larger bag that carries it. The L in the product name identifies this version, while the practical benefit is straightforward—gear gets its own protective space within your existing bag. If you often pack several pieces together, it can help keep an item apart from the surrounding contents. It’s a simple way to add scratch and bump protection without changing how you carry your gear.
Specialist Note
At the studio door, a piece of gear is going into a larger bag with the rest of the day’s kit. I’d use the Firebag - L as its own protective space inside that bag, especially if you want to guard against the little knocks and rubs that happen when items travel together. It’s a pouch first, so think of it as one inner layer of protection, not a substitute for the outer bag. That distinction matters: it suits someone organising gear for shared-bag storage, rather than someone seeking a standalone carry case. The L in the name gives you a version label, but I wouldn’t treat the letter as a precise fit measurement.
