HP Colour LaserJet CP5225 A3 20PPM USB 600SH

HP Colour LaserJet CP5225 A3 20PPM USB 600SH | A3 colour printing for office documents

The HP Colour LaserJet CP5225 is an A3 colour laser printer rated at 20 pages per minute, built for offices that need larger-format colour documents as part of their regular work. It’s suited to teams producing reports, presentations or other office paperwork where A3 output is useful, rather than a setup focused only on smaller everyday prints. USB connection and a stated 600-sheet capacity give you two practical details to weigh up when planning where it will fit and how it will be used. The CP5225’s appeal is straightforward: A3 printing, colour and a clear speed rating in one office printer. That makes it worth considering when those are the requirements driving your search. One honest point: the title gives a speed figure, but the right fit still depends on the size and type of documents your office actually prints.

Choosing it for your office

Start with the documents that need to come out of the printer. If A3 colour pages are a regular part of your work, this model is aimed at that requirement; if they’re an occasional exception, consider whether an A3 office printer makes sense for your routine. The same goes for the stated print speed: use the 20 pages-per-minute figure as a point of comparison when looking at your expected workload, rather than assuming it tells the whole story for every job. USB is the connection named for this printer, so think about how that suits the way you plan to place and use it. The 600SH detail is also relevant when you’re matching a printer to the volume of paper you want available. These are the concrete points to compare with your office’s needs before deciding.
