Ilford Décor Canvas Matt Cotton 370GSM 24" 610X15m 1ROLL

Ilford Décor Canvas Matt Cotton 370GSM 24" 610X15m 1ROLL | A matte canvas base for decorative prints

Decorative prints need a surface that suits their role on a wall; standard photo paper may not be the look you’re after. Ilford Décor Canvas Matt Cotton is a canvas roll for making printed décor and artwork. Its matte finish gives the image a non-glossy presentation, while the cotton canvas material and 370gsm weight make it a substantial print medium. The roll measures 24 inches wide, or 610mm, and runs 15 metres long. That format suits photographers, artists and print studios producing canvas work from a roll rather than choosing individual sheets. It’s a specific material for a specific kind of output: finished prints intended to be displayed as décor. If that’s the result you have in mind, this canvas gives you a clear starting point without adding a glossy paper finish.

A roll format for planned print runs

Working from a roll can make sense when you’re preparing more than one piece or planning artwork that needs a continuous canvas surface. You can organise a run around the stock you have, instead of selecting a separate sheet for each print. The useful question is whether canvas and a matte appearance suit the image and the way you want it presented. This is not a general-purpose paper description; the product name points to decorative canvas printing. Consider the intended finished piece before choosing it, particularly if a glossy paper look is important to your project.

For artwork and wall décor

Ilford’s Décor Canvas is aimed at prints where the canvas itself is part of the presentation. It may suit photographers making display prints, artists preparing reproductions, or studios working on decorative output. The roll gives you stock to plan a sequence of prints, while the cotton canvas and matte finish define the material and look. Keep your print design and production process in mind when deciding if this is the right medium; the product name identifies the material, but doesn’t specify printer compatibility.
