Ilford Galerie Tesuki-Washi Echizen Pearl 110 A2 Deckle Edge 420mm X 594mm 10 SH

Ilford Galerie Tesuki-Washi Echizen Pearl 110 A2 Deckle Edge 420mm X 594mm 10 SH | Give large prints a distinctive edge

Your image gets a generous A2 presentation, framed by a deckle edge rather than a straight cut. Ilford Galerie Tesuki-Washi Echizen Pearl is photo paper for photographers who want their prints to feel considered on the page as well as on screen. The name brings together Tesuki-Washi, Echizen and Pearl; the title also specifies a deckle edge, so the paper’s edge is part of how the finished print is presented. It’s a particular direction for portfolio pieces, exhibition prints or a photograph you plan to display on its own. At 420 x 594 mm, the sheet gives an image room to breathe, and the pack contains 10 sheets for a small, consistent print run. One honest point: a deckle edge is meant to be seen, so it may not suit a layout that calls for a crisp, uniform border.

When composing an image for this paper, leave space around important details if you want the irregular edge to remain visible. That’s especially worth considering for images with lettering or a subject close to the frame. The A2 size makes a strong visual statement, so it can work well when a smaller print would feel lost on a wall or in a presentation. You can also use the sheets to make a short series where each print has the same format and edge treatment. “Pearl” is part of the product name; this listing doesn’t add claims about how that finish will render a particular image, so your own test print is the sensible way to judge the look with your photograph. The key appeal here is clear: a large photo-paper sheet with a deckle edge, for prints where presentation matters.
