Ilford IS.1M 12.7 X 17.80cm 100 Vel Grad 2

Ilford IS.1M 12.7 X 17.80cm 100 Vel Grad 2 | A defined size and grade for photo printing

Choosing photo paper gets frustrating when the format, pack size or grade isn’t clear at a glance. The Ilford IS.1M gives you those details in its name: it’s listed as 12.7 × 17.80 cm, with 100 sheets and Grade 2. That makes it easier to identify the paper you’re looking for and distinguish it from another size or grade in the same range. The supplier lists its colour as black. If those are the details you need to match for a photo-paper purchase, this is a straightforward listing to assess; the name gives you concrete information rather than leaving you to guess at the format or quantity.

At Renz, we’d start with the measurements and the Grade 2 designation when comparing this paper with the one you have in mind. The 100-sheet quantity is useful to know before you choose, too: it tells you the pack size without relying on a picture. The product name combines the Ilford brand with the code IS.1M, so you can also use that identifier when searching for this exact item. It’s a simple, specific product description, which is welcome when you want to make a considered choice based on size, quantity and grade rather than a broad promise about results.
