Ilford OmniJet Studio Satin Photo RC Paper 200gsm A4 210mm x 297mm

Ilford OmniJet Studio Satin Photo RC Paper 200gsm A4 210mm x 297mm | A satin surface for photo prints

Ilford OmniJet Studio Satin Photo RC Paper is 200gsm A4 paper with a satin finish, made for photo printing. It suits photographers and printmakers who want their images on a familiar page size rather than a roll or a small dedicated print format. The satin finish gives you an alternative to choosing paper described as glossy or matte; the right look comes down to your image and personal preference. At A4, each sheet measures 210mm x 297mm, a practical size for a print you can handle, store or place in a standard A4 presentation. The 200gsm weight is a useful detail to consider when choosing paper for a particular job. If you’re selecting media for a printer, make sure it accepts this paper type and weight. This pack’s appeal is straightforward: satin photo paper in a widely used sheet size.

Planning an A4 print

A4 gives you room for a substantial single image, a contact-style arrangement of smaller pictures, or a print with space around the image for a border. The layout depends on the proportions of your photo: an image with a different shape may need cropping to fill the page, or can leave a border instead. It’s worth deciding which look you want before setting up the print, especially if the edges of the frame matter. For a clean result, preview the page layout and check that the image sits where you expect it to. Satin is the finish named for this paper, so consider how that surface suits the image you’re printing and where you plan to display or keep it. A simple test print can help you judge the result with your own image.
