The IndiPro D-Tap to Sony NP-FZ100 Type Dummy Battery Cable (30'') is an adapter that allows your camera to draw power from a device with a D-Tap connection, reducing the reliance on your camera's standard battery. This arrangement allows your camera to stay active far longer than using the standard battery. The Dummy battery takes place of your regular battery, and the cable is then plugged into a device with a D-Tap connection. The IndiPro D-Tap battery cable provides an output that ranges from 11 to 19V.

The cable features an integrated chip that displays the battery status on the camera. This Dummy Battery is suitable for Sony a9, a7 III, and a7R III system cameras. The cable, when stretched to its full capacity, measures 76 centimeters in length.
