JJC SMH 12 35mm Film Album Set | Keep film in order

The defining choice is an album format: the JJC SMH 12 is for keeping 35mm film together rather than leaving each roll loose. That makes its purpose clear for film photographers who want a more orderly place for their collection, whether they sort by project, date or what they plan to review next. Its appeal is practical and focused: it gives your film a dedicated place instead of mixing it into general camera storage. If you’re building a collection of rolls or keeping exposed film organised between shooting and later handling, it fits that routine. There’s no complicated workflow to learn. Use the album as a straightforward home for your film, and keep any extra notes alongside it. It’s a simple way to bring some order to a film-shooting habit.

Specialist Note

At a quiet desk after a day of shooting, a few rolls are ready to be put away; this is where the JJC SMH 12 earns its place. The 35mm format makes it a clear match for photographers who shoot that film size, while the album format gives those rolls a dedicated home. I’d group film by project or date, then keep a separate note with the details you’ll want when you come back to it. That’s especially handy if you’re building a personal archive rather than dealing with rolls one at a time. Its role is organisation, not processing or scanning, so pair it with your own way of recording what’s on each roll.
