Jupio Tri-Charge AIR3 LP-E6 Series stores three compatible batteries and charges them together in one compact unit. It’s made for Canon LP-E6 battery users who need their power supply organised for a working day, from event coverage to location video. The slots accept LP-E6, LP-E6N, LP-E6NH and LP-E6P batteries, so you can keep three spares together rather than carrying a separate case and charger. Connect the USB-C input to charge all three at once; each slot has its own four-LED charge display. With charged batteries inside, the USB-C output also turns the unit into a power bank for devices such as a phone or tablet. The AIR3 keeps the Tri-Charge’s storage, charging and power-bank functions, but omits the built-in memory-card slots found on the Pr1me Gear Tri-Charge models. Its robust plastic housing is made for carrying between shoots.

- Three battery bays: Store LP-E6, LP-E6N, LP-E6NH or LP-E6P batteries in the same unit. The shaped slots hold batteries securely, even if the charger is turned upside down.
- USB-C charging input: Charge three compatible batteries at the same time from one USB-C input, rather than keeping track of separate chargers.
- Individual charge displays: Four LEDs beside each slot show that battery’s charge status. Press the status button to check the readings outside an active charging session.
- USB-C power-bank output: With one or more charged batteries installed, use the output to supply power to an external device, such as a smartphone or tablet.
- Storage without card slots: AIR3 combines the battery case, charger and power bank, but doesn’t include the memory-card slots found in Jupio’s Pr1me Gear Tri-Charge models.
Specialist Note
For event photographers shooting with Canon LP-E6 batteries, I like the way this unit keeps three spares together and ready to charge. That’s useful when a long programme leaves little time to sort batteries between sessions: connect the USB-C input and the three bays charge simultaneously. The separate four-LED displays are a welcome detail, since you can see each battery’s progress rather than guessing from one shared indicator. For a location day, carry charged batteries in the case and use its USB-C output to power a phone or tablet if needed. Just bear in mind that AIR3 has no memory-card storage; its focus is battery management.
