Kaiser Body Cap Sony AF | Keep the camera body opening covered

Keep the camera body opening covered when a lens is off, and you can store or carry the camera without leaving that opening exposed. The Kaiser Body Cap Sony AF is a body cap marked for the Sony AF system. It’s for camera owners who remove a lens between uses, pack a body separately, or want a cap ready while changing lenses. Its purpose is straightforward: cover the lens opening when there’s no lens attached, helping keep dust and other small debris away from the camera interior. That makes it particularly useful during storage and between lens changes, when the camera would otherwise be left open. It doesn’t add a shooting feature or change how the camera takes pictures; it’s a small protective accessory for the moments when you’re not shooting. If you keep a spare cap with your camera gear, you have a simple way to cover the body whenever a lens comes off.

Specialist Note

An uncovered camera opening is an easy thing to forget when you’re packing up after taking a lens off. This Kaiser cap gives that moment one simple answer: cover the body opening before you put the camera away. The Sony AF wording is the key detail here, so choose it for a body identified with that system. It suits Sony AF camera owners who store a body separately or change lenses away from home. Keep it close by and fit it whenever no lens is attached; that helps keep dust away from the camera interior. Its job is limited, but it’s a sensible little piece of kit to have on hand.
