Kondor Blue KB-700 D-Tap To DC Right Angle Coiled Cable 5.5 x 2.5mm For C70

Kondor Blue KB-700 D-Tap To DC Right Angle Coiled Cable 5.5 x 2.5mm For C70 | Direct D-Tap power for a C70

What sets this cable apart is its specific combination of a D-Tap connection, a 5.5 x 2.5mm DC plug and a coiled, right-angle design. It’s intended for powering a C70 from a D-Tap source, with the DC connector shaped to turn alongside the camera rather than extend straight out. That makes the connector layout the key detail to consider when planning how the cable will sit in your setup. The coiled form gives the cable room to extend and gather back, instead of leaving a straight length loose between the connections. If you’re assembling a power connection for a C70 and need this exact DC plug size, the KB-700 is a focused option. It’s a specific cable for a specific connection, so the connector type matters more than broad claims about use.

Connection and cable layout

The cable runs from D-Tap to DC, with the 5.5 x 2.5mm size identifying the DC plug. The right-angle end changes how that plug exits the connection point; this can be helpful when a straight plug would project into the space around the camera. The coiled cable also gives you some flexibility in how much cable is extended between the power source and camera, while keeping its form more compact when the distance is shorter. These details are worth weighing together: the right-angle shape affects the plug’s orientation, while the coil affects how the cable sits between the two ends. For a C70 setup, this is a purpose-specific cable rather than a general DC lead. Match its D-Tap and DC connections to the power arrangement you’re using.
