Kondor Blue KB-FCF-MC Firecrest Alloy Cine IRND 4x5.65" 6 Filter Master Kit
Kondor Blue KB-FCF-MC Firecrest Alloy Cine IRND 4x5.65" 6 Filter Master Kit | Shape exposure in bright scenes
Keep control of exposure in bright conditions while choosing the motion blur or depth of field your shot calls for. The Kondor Blue KB-FCF-MC Firecrest Alloy Cine IRND 4x5.65" 6 Filter Master Kit is a six-filter cine IRND set for filmmakers who need light control as part of a considered exposure workflow. Neutral-density filtering reduces the light reaching the lens, so you can work toward a slower shutter for visible motion or a wider aperture for a shallower depth of field, even when the scene is bright. The IRND designation also makes this a relevant option when infrared light is part of your filtration considerations. It’s aimed at cinema work where exposure choices are deliberate and repeatable, rather than at photographers looking for a simple UV filter. The title specifies a 4x5.65-inch format, giving you a clear format to plan around when organising a cine filtration setup.
Specialist Note
The broad 4x5.65-inch format gives this kit a distinctly cinema-focused footprint; it’s something to plan into your filtration workflow, rather than a casual filter to carry for occasional stills. I’d consider it for daylight scenes where you want motion to remain visible in the frame, or where keeping a wider aperture matters to the look. Set your exposure intention first, then use the IRND filtration to manage incoming light around it. The six-filter kit makes sense for a working setup that needs a dedicated group of filters, while the IRND wording is a useful reminder that this is about more than ordinary visible-light reduction. It’s a specialised kit, best suited to cine use.
