Kondor Blue KB-USBC15-P Gerald Undone 15FT Tethering & 100W PD Charging Cable
Kondor Blue KB-USBC15-P Gerald Undone 15FT Tethering & 100W PD Charging Cable | Reach your setup with ease
Kondor Blue KB-USBC15-P Gerald Undone 15FT Tethering & 100W PD Charging Cable gives you a 15-foot connection for tethered camera work. It’s built for photographers and video creators who want room to arrange a camera and computer for a working session, while also having a cable rated for 100W PD charging. That extra reach can make a desk or studio setup easier to place, particularly when the computer can’t sit right beside the camera. Use it for a tethered product shoot, a fixed workstation or a setup where charging is part of the same routine. The title doesn’t give a data-transfer speed, so I wouldn’t choose it on the assumption that it’s faster than another tethering cable. Its clear appeal is the combination of a long cable, tethering use and high-power PD charging in one product.
Plan a tidier tethered setup
Think through where the camera and computer will sit before routing the cable. That helps you use its length where it’s needed, rather than leaving excess cable across a walkway or around your working area. For a tabletop shoot, for example, position the computer where you can see the tethered workflow and route the connection away from the space where you’re handling the subject. For charging, pair the cable with a suitable PD power source and a device that supports PD charging. The cable gives you flexibility in the layout; the connected equipment still determines how the setup works.
Specialist Note
That 15-foot reach gives you more freedom to position the computer away from the camera, so a tethered desk setup doesn’t have to be built around a short cable. I’d consider it for product work where you want the computer visible but need the shooting area clear: place the computer for easy viewing, then route the cable along the edge of the workspace. The 100W PD rating also makes it suitable for a charging setup built around equipment that supports PD. One practical point: 100W is the cable’s charging rating, not a promise that every device will draw that much. It’s a useful pairing for a planned workstation, rather than a reason to assume a particular transfer speed.
